Rob Lightfoot is the Professional Liability Practice Leader for Architects & Engineers at the Vancouver offices of HUB International. Rob specializes in providing customized solutions to architectural and engineering firms of various sizes with operations around the world.
Rob has been in the insurance industry since 2002. Prior to joining HUB International, he was Vice President of the Construction and Design Industry practice group for a large international insurance brokerage. Rob has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University. He has completed his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) and Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designations.

Jordan Fellner is an Account Manager with HUB International PROFESSIONAL. Jordan joined the HUB Group of Companies in 2008 with the acquisition of HKMB Insurance, and has over 21 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Before joining HUB International, Jordan began his insurance career with a large Lower Mainland brokerage as an Account Manager of Home and Automobile Insurance, before accepting a position with an Insurance Company as an Underwriting Assistant and later that of Underwriter. Jordan returned to the broker side of insurance as an Account Executive with Morris & Mackenzie Insurance, which was acquired by HKMB Insurance in 2007. As an Account Manager with HUB International, Jordan is an expert in providing clients with a number of specialty commercial insurance products, including Professional, Aviation, and Pollution coverage, as well as Property and General Liability policies. Many of his clients are in the consulting industry, and include operations as diverse as reclamation and remediation operations, international aircraft operations, environmental and information technology consultants, and architects and engineers.
In addition to his insurance experience, Jordan is a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB), Canadian Risk Manager (CRM), Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), and is currently working towards his Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) degree through Simon Fraser University. Jordan is a Licensed Insurance Broker in every Canadian province and territory, with the exception of Quebec.
Bettina Ormandy is the Claims Manager for HUB International PROFESSIONAL. Bettina joined Parsons Brown & Company in 1989 as a Personal Lines Representative, transitioning into Commercial Insurance in 1993, before becoming part of the Claims Department shortly after Parsons Brown joined the HUB Group of Companies in 1999.
As Claims Manager, Bettina is responsible for reporting our clients’ new claims to their insurance company, as well as following up on existing claims in order to ensure that repairs and payments are provided to our clients in a courteous and timely manner.
Bettina’s nearly 20 years experience in the insurance industry is enhanced by her continuing education. She holds a Level 2 General Insurance Licence, having completed several courses while working towards her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker accreditation.
